"Duarte & Sons has taken care of our remodeling, repairs, decorating and painting for over 25 years. They have finished three of our bathrooms, making us the envy of everyone. They are experts in tile work, electrical and plumbing. Our living room was redone with new ceiling lights, sound and crown moulding. They secured our house with special earthquake foundation clamps and also installed shear walls. They refurbished our hardwood floors in our large downstairs family room. One project was replacing our flooring in the kitchen and hall with hardwood. They also replaced a window and installed two automatic opening skylights. They replaced our two large decks with new Trex decking and the lower deck is beyond description! It has a natural gas hook-up and we are now looking at installing an outdoor fire pit. What one can see from all this is a company that can do any job and do it right. Not once did they default in quality, time to completion or integrity. Our house has been painted outside by them twice and it was perfect. Last, but not the least important; they leave the house clean – no mess. They finish with your home looking neat and complete!"

"Duarte and Sons put a small addition on our house in the Fall of 2013. They added about 150 square feet which includes a walk-in closet, laundry room, hallway, and additional storage.
